5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

14-Day Refund Policy: If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time — your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Refunds after the 14-day window are not available. To cancel, visit your Account Settings > Billing tab.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Signal and Strategy Disclaimer

All trade signals, indicators, strategies, and algorithmic models provided are based on historical data, technical or statistical models, or algorithmic analysis. We make no guarantee that any particular signal or strategy will produce profits or prevent losses. All trading decisions are made solely at your discretion and risk.

7. Auto-Trading and Brokerage Connectivity

If you connect third-party brokerage accounts for automated trade execution, you acknowledge that:

• You are granting authorization to execute trades on your behalf
• You remain solely responsible for monitoring all executed trades
• We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of third-party services
• You assume full responsibility for all orders generated through automation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—are the exclusive property of 925 Free Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share trading signals with non-subscribers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, missed trades, connectivity errors, and software malfunctions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 925 Free Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
